We have been monitoring the progress of the Coronavirus epidemic for some time, collaborating closely with our sister companies in Europe to take good practice learnings and implement solutions to protect our teams and clients.

 

We are following all Government advice as it is updated, and adapting our operating methods to the changing situation. We have put in place a number of measures to help minimise disruption whilst prioritising safety:

 

  • The General Management of Samsic Group has set up a Coronavirus monitoring committee, ensuring employees are informed of all developments, the impacts for our clients and the appropriate solutions.
  • We have implemented social distancing within our business operations, to ensure we continue to deliver our award-winning service, safely.
  • We have developed a disinfectant plan in the event of a contamination on client premises
  • We have implemented a standard Business Continuity plan, ensuring that we can continue to operate where our clients need us during this crisis and beyond.

 

Rest assured that we are more mobilised than ever. We have rapidly developed new ways to provide safe and hygienic sanitisation services for clients that will allow them to offer peace of mind to their staff, visitors or residents.

 

Hygiene and sanitising have been a structural part of our delivery model through the use of the chemical free Toucan disinfectant solution, which kills 99.999% of bacteria, micro-organisms, viruses and pathogens instantly on contact. Toucan is a salt water solution converted into an active disinfectant when an electrical charge is passed through it, meaning that we can assure our customers there will be no supply shortage.
