This achievement shines a light on the dedication of our people, and the hard work which has been achieved over the past 12 months to elevate our customer’s experiences. Who Are Investors in Customers (IIC)?
Investors In Customers is one of the UK’s leading authorities on assessing, improving, and accrediting customer experience. Trusted by companies across a wide variety of industries, IIC provides valuable insights for businesses, pinpointing areas for improvement and verifying customer satisfaction.
Their rigorous assessment gives us an independent view of our strengths and areas for growth, enabling us to enhance our business processes for both our clients and our team members. Our accreditation process included feedback from 37 of our clients, as well as our own team members and management, who provided positive insights into their experiences with our services and interactions with our teams. This feedback was instrumental in helping us secure the silver accreditation, validating the progress we’ve made in both customer and employee engagement.
Our Journey to Silver Accreditation
Our journey to this silver accreditation is based on our commitment to our five organisational pillars: employee investment, customer engagement, ESG, service excellence, and innovation. These pillars guide our daily actions, helping us to deliver high-quality service that meets and exceeds client expectations.
Since our bronze accreditation in 2023, we’ve introduced several initiatives to support continuous improvement, with some highlights including:
- An enhanced appraisal process that has developed our culture of open communication and feedback across our teams.
- Additions to our professional skills courses, including fully-funded cleaning apprenticeships and courses for up to stage 7 learning, to support the personal and professional growth of our people
- The launch of our Work Representative Council, helping to ensure the ideas and voices of our team members are heard at all levels of our business.
These efforts have helped us create a unified, collaborative environment, where our teams work together to provide stronger, client-focused services. According to client feedback, the following areas of our business have seen notable improvement:
