At our staff conference in December, we were very proud to announce that we have chosen The Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity as our corporate charity partner for 2020.
The Rainbow Trust supports families who have a child with a life-threatening illness to make the most of time together; providing expert practical advice and support.
For the family of a seriously ill child, time is everything. Not just for tests and treatment and care. But for all the things that modern medicine can’t do: time for talking, for listening, for coping.
It costs £26 to provide one hour of care, allowing precious respite for families in need. Our aim is to raise £40,000 by the end of 2020, helping to support more than 1500 hours of care.
Staff members will be taking part in a range of challenges and activities throughout the year, including skydiving, bungee jumping, the London Marathon, and the Three Peaks Challenge.
