Investing in People and Communities: Samsic UK Partners with the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity

We are proud to announce our partnership with the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, supporting their amazing, dedicated teams who deliver daily medical interventions in order to save lives across the region. 

With over 4,100 client sites nationwide, and an employer of over 4,500 people across the UK and Ireland, Samsic UK is deeply embedded in the communities in which we serve. Therefore, we are delighted to be positively supporting our Midlands communities through this fantastic charity. We will be supporting their cause by empowering the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s own team members with upskilling opportunities through our accredited apprenticeship fund. Afterall, innovation and people investment lie at the very heart of our organisation.  

Currently, we are funding three apprenticeships: two focused on developing fundraising skills and expertise, and one supporting a Level 5 qualification in Operations Management. These programs will enhance the Charity’s daily operations and support their ongoing national fundraising efforts.

When I learned the Charity was recruiting for fundraising personnel, I immediately recognised the potential to support them with dedicated fundraising apprenticeships. By funding training for three of their team members, we’re enabling them to allocate resources to other critical areas of their operation. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved so far and excited to continue offering valuable resources to empower their lifesaving teams.
