With missing information and a short timescale, we were able to launch our service with Jewson, transferring an entire existing cleaning operative workforce seamlessly and without any interruption to the service quality. We introduced new processes and standards to long-term operatives to ensure that cleaning standards were not just maintained but improved.
The time and attendance system introduced, ensured there were no interruptions to service quality, as it managed staff absences and enabled managers greater proactivity in managing the contract through process efficiency. Paperwork was greatly reduced through new systems ensuring the contract managers spent less time in the office and more time with the cleaning operatives. Additionally, thanks to the new system, Jewson sites also became more environmentally friendly.
Since our 2015 introduction, our service delivery and customer service are rated by Jewson as being above all expectations.
