Chiswick Park
Chiswick Park is set in 33 acres of landscaped ground and contains 12 buildings. It provides a range of services, facilities and entertainment for its guests and brings together more than 10,000 people from 200 of some of the world’s leading companies. They include Discovery, Paramount Pictures, IMG, Starbucks and Pernod Ricard.
The Benefits
We support the Campus with a dedicated Guest Services Manager and our dedicated Guest Services Team, providing resilience for all planned and unplanned absences across the entire contract.
Our service delivery solution enables us to complete in excess of 99.9% of all contracted cleaning hours and provide a current audit standard of 94%.
The Challenge
For over 15 years, we’ve been tasked with developing various solutions and services that provide a consistently excellent customer experience.
Enhancing Chiswick Park’s ethos of ‘Enjoy-Work’ was something we needed to factor into our solutions, as well as daily cleaning across all primary areas of the site, from reception areas to external facades.
We have been consistently delivering our unrivalled expertise at being able to impact each guest’s journey throughout the Campus and give them a world-class experience every day.
The Solution
We put together dedicated cleaning teams whom, each focus on an individual building. By doing this, they are able to provide accountability and responsibility for all service outcomes of a specific area.
To enhance the Chiswick Park ‘Enjoy-Work’ ethos – that helps keep the site secure, clean and safe, as well as engaging and enthusing Guests Working on-site – we put a number of innovations into production:
- Samsic ONE with real-time insights into all operational and data information.
- Smart Task and ECAT processes implemented to tag and monitor time and motion across the contract. This allows for more accurate labour allocation and resourcing, ensuring payroll efficiencies.
- Introduction of a Flow Cleaning Methodology with teams dedicated to zones and avoiding cross contamination.
- Implementation and investment in industry-leading sustainable equipment, reducing carbon footprint and ergonomically designed to minimise operator fatigue.
- Flexicount – is a predictive washroom maintenance solution, complemented with a reactive approach based on real-time use patterns. Full cleans and consumable replenishments are autoscheduled to our janitorial and housekeeping teams when use thresholds are passed. Intelligent optimisation enables us to maintain washroom hygiene and release our janitorial resources to complete additional hygiene tasks such as waste management.
- Electrostatic sprayers enable a quick and effective application of sanitising disinfectant, ensuring coverage of large areas with no need for wiping. Used with our electro-chemically activated salt water solution Toucan, this innovation gives an instant kill rate of up to 99.999% of micro-organisms, bacteria, viruses and germs on contact.
- Antibacterial Hygiene Handles uses silver technology to prevent cross-contamination of high touchpoint without the need for chemicals or toxins. They have proven to kill 99.9% of bacteria and are proven to be 96.4% cleaner than standard door handles.
Our Chiswick Park Academy and Ambassador program ensure our team is equipped with a consistent skillset, acting as Ambassadors across the Campus at all times and providing a strong visible presence to promote effective partnership working and collaboration.
Successfully collaborated with Chiswick Park ‘Enjoy- Work’ to create, design and launch a bespoke induction process with the key focus on delivering a world-class service depicting ‘What good looks like.’ This innovative documented process is building-specific and captures our operational standards and expectations.
